The Trader operates as an online retail business and does not maintain a physical shopfront open to the public.

Article 3 – Applicability

3.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the Trader and to every distance contract and order entered into between the Trader and the Consumer.

3.2 Before the Consumer places an order, these Terms and Conditions shall be made available electronically in a manner that allows the Consumer to store and reproduce them.

3.3 Where specific product or promotional conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, those additional conditions shall also form part of the agreement.

3.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or affects any statutory rights that the Consumer may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Article 4 – The Offer

4.1 If an offer is subject to a limited duration or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

4.2 The Trader may amend or withdraw an offer before an order has been accepted.

4.3 Product descriptions and images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the products offered.

4.4 Minor variations in appearance, packaging, colour or finish may occur where they do not materially affect the product's conformity with its description or the Consumer's statutory rights.

4.5 Colours displayed on electronic devices may vary slightly depending on screen settings and display technology.

4.6 Before an order is placed, the Consumer will be provided with the material information required by applicable law, including the total price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, payment arrangements and relevant delivery information.

Article 5 – The Agreement

5.1 The Consumer submits an order by completing the checkout process and making the required payment.

5.2 Following submission of the order, the Consumer will receive an electronic order confirmation.

5.3 Where the Consumer has a statutory right to cancel the contract, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits that right.

5.4 Requests to amend or cancel an order before dispatch should be submitted as soon as possible. The Trader cannot guarantee that an order can be modified once processing has begun.

Article 6 – Price and Payment

6.1 Prices displayed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise clearly indicated.

6.2 Prices will include applicable taxes where required by law.

6.3 Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before the Consumer completes the purchase.

6.4 The Trader may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by the Trader.

6.5 Payment is processed using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Article 7 – Delivery

7.1 Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Consumer.

7.2 The Trader aims to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days.

7.3 Standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes approximately 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the Trader's reasonable control.

7.4 Unless otherwise agreed with the Consumer, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, as required by applicable law.

7.5 The risk of loss or damage generally passes to the Consumer when the Consumer, or a person identified by the Consumer, takes physical possession of the goods.

7.6 Where delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside the Trader's reasonable control, the Trader will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

7.7 Nothing in this Article affects the Consumer's statutory rights where goods are not delivered within the required or agreed period.

Article 8 – Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

8.1 Statutory Right to Cancel

For most goods purchased online, the Consumer has the statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.

The Consumer must notify the Trader of their decision to cancel within this period by sending a clear statement to:

support@byaurevo.com

The Consumer may use the statutory model cancellation form where applicable but is not required to do so.

8.2 Returning Goods Following Cancellation

After notifying the Trader of cancellation, the Consumer must normally return the goods within 14 days.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by the Trader, the Consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right to cancel, provided the Consumer was informed of this responsibility before entering into the contract.

8.3 Condition of Returned Goods

Consumers may inspect and handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in a similar manner to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.

The Trader may make a deduction from the refund where the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, where permitted by law.

8.4 Refunds Following Cancellation

Where the Consumer validly exercises their statutory right to cancel, the Trader will refund payments received from the Consumer as required by law.

Where the Consumer paid for delivery, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Trader. Additional costs resulting from the Consumer choosing a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The Trader may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the Consumer provides evidence that the goods have been returned, where permitted by law.

8.5 Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to statutory rights, AUREVO offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from receipt of the product, subject to the conditions stated in the Return Policy.

To qualify under this voluntary policy, products must generally be unused, unworn and returned with their original tags and packaging.

This voluntary return policy does not restrict or replace the Consumer's statutory rights.

8.6 Exceptions

Certain products may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Any applicable exception will be communicated where required.

Article 9 – Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

9.1 Goods supplied by the Trader must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including applicable requirements that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

9.2 Where goods do not conform to the contract, the Consumer may be entitled to statutory remedies.

9.3 Where applicable, the Consumer has a statutory 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods and obtain a refund. Other remedies, including repair or replacement, may apply after this period.

9.4 Consumers should contact the Trader at support@byaurevo.com with their order details and information about the issue.

9.5 The Consumer's statutory rights are not affected by any voluntary warranty, returns policy or commercial guarantee offered by the Trader.

Article 10 – Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

10.2 The Trader will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10.3 The Trader does not exclude or restrict liability arising from the Consumer's statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Article 11 – Privacy

11.1 Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11.2 Where applicable, personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11.3 Details concerning the purposes for which personal data is processed, the legal bases for processing, recipients of data, international transfers, retention periods and the Consumer's data protection rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 – Complaints

12.1 Complaints concerning an order or the performance of the contract may be submitted to:

support@byaurevo.com

12.2 The Trader will endeavour to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within a reasonable period.

12.3 If additional time is required to investigate a complaint, the Consumer will be informed where appropriate.

Article 13 – Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to the Consumer.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions deprives a Consumer residing in the United Kingdom of mandatory protections available under applicable UK consumer law.

13.3 The parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve disputes directly before commencing legal proceedings.

13.4 Nothing in this Article limits the Consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Article 14 – Amendments

14.1 The Trader may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

14.2 Amendments will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the Consumer.

14.3 The version of these Terms and Conditions applicable at the time an order is placed will govern that order.
